Removing wall mounted bathroom accessories

We recently moved into our new home and one thing that I didn't realise would annoy me as much as it now does is that the previous owners had put up a set of wall mounted bathroom accessories (have added some photos). They feel unhygienic not least the set includes a little glass cup holder looking thing for someone else's toilet brush...

I've found that they can easily be removed but then you have holes in the wall tiles. Since we are not redoing this bathroom for a while, I have been looking for ways to hide either the fittings holes (2x where screws were drilled) without it looking hideous OR to cover them with e.g. some sort of silver/chrome cap...? But whatever I google I can't find anything that seems suitable.

Any ideas please??

You can get silver domed screw covers of that's what you mean? Something like this https://www.toolstation.com/plastic-dome-screw-cover/p70610?store=O1&utm_source=googleshopping&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=googleshoppingfeed&mkwid=_dm&pcrid=null&pkw=null&pmt=null&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwvIWzBhAlEiwAHHWgvW0Ljq5bZ0lgv7HvmJTxFVhVrI3HYOgyJWU47ZkAiEqma_VqgMBMaRoCjLkQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Otherwise what about using some grey grout to fill in where the holes were. It wouldn't be perfect, but might be less obvious than the covers.

You could put plants in them?

Whisky is better. It will sterilise them so they aren't unhygienic anymore.

Sorry OP, couldn't resist. But covering those holes is something I've always wondered about.

I'd just fill the holes with similar colour grout, you won't notice it.

Had considered putting other nicer things in them but because of the position of the attachments, they'd mainly be in the way because of sink location/cabinet height tbh!

Thanks everyone, good point re: grey grout (or maybe even plasticine which I hadn't considered!)

Will try something like that first, then if needs be I might get a cover cap thing...
