How long from putting on the market to receiving an offer?

Planning on contacting the EA tomorrow. How long did it take you from putting on the market to receiving and accepting and offer and then completion?

House in the NW, two bed will need some work but ideal for First time buyers. I don’t want to do the selling and buying at the same time so will be selling first and moving into rented for the time being.

Viewings after about ten days, offers in a few weeks. Then about three months to completion. Exchange a week before that.

Five weeks until we received an offer. Not found anywhere ourselves yet as nothing new seems to be coming on the market.

We went live on RightMove in mid-May, had two viewings (both in the first week) sold on the second week to our first viewer. We have our fingers and toes crossed we move asap.

Put house on the market early Feb, accepted an asking price offer after 5 days. Exchanged last week and completing on Friday. There was a delay due to us changing the property we are buying (due to an awful survey), if not this may have been through a month or so ago!

Sold twice.

Offer within hours, completion within ten weeks

Offer about five weeks later (we'd refused two, knew purchaser was very interested so hung on for her to offer), completed 4.5 months later. The chain of seven were working towards completion 2.5 months later, we were all ready but FTB decided they wanted a mortgage instead of being a cash buyer.
