When are the sales

We are just about to embark on a house renovation including loft conversion, new bathrooms, new kitchen, garden works, the lot.

I'm wondering if anyone can give advice on the best time of year to buy things to hit all the sales (eg bathroom suites, curtains, garden furniture). We have a large garage so can afford to store things if it means getting a good price.

I've had a Google, but can't find anything. All advice gratefully received!

When we did renovations recently I checked cashback sites and used cashback cards too, it soon adds up when you're spending big.

Thanks - I looked on mse and couldn't find anything, but I'll have another trawl. Maybe I was looking in the wrong place.

Great shout on a cashback card. I always use the sites, but have never bothered with a credit card as my non-direct debit spending is usually stupidly low.
