Looked into loft conversion but my god alive the prices! I have a bog standard Victorian terrace but with an en-suite instead of the 3rd bedroom off another.
We do however have a massive garden in the city, which is already block paved at the top where I’d like to put a garden room.
Would I need foundations dug out or can I go straight on top? Minus cables/plumbing etc?
If anyone has had one and has any advice I’d really appreciate it.
