Radial bricks - where to buy

I'm not a DIY expert, but we've taken the approach that we'll try to do things ourselves first and if it looks shit we'll get a professional in.

I want to build a firepit in the garden (we have a metal one already but want something more permanent). I've watched countless videos and have pinned loads on Pinterest. But most of this American and I don't know if the terminology is slightly different.

I'm looking for curved or wedge shaped bricks. As far as I can tell these are called radial bricks, and the type I want are stretched. The size is 2.1 (this should make a firepit of around 90cm diameter.

I think I've tried every combination of radius/radial/RD2.1/curved bricks/stretched etc etc. And while I can find descriptions of these bricks, I can't find them for sale except one place which has some on clearance, but not the right size (I'd end up with a firepit as big as the garden 😂)

Any ideas where I'm going wrong? Or is this something you can only buy from a brick merchant in person?

Actually, maybe the type I want are headers. But either way I still can't find them!

Most curved walls are just made using the end of the brick but as you say you wouldnt be able to make a tight enough circle with them. ( 900mm )

Ibstock brick manufacturers still them. They’re under special bricks.

Sell them * not still them! Sorry!

Thank you! I think I'm doing this wrong!

I can't see any indication on price, minimum orders or even how to buy them!
I'm thinking this is something I'd have to call the company direct to get prices for?
I hate phoning when I have no idea what I'm talking about!
