Costs for extra storage in loft

Hi getting our loft converted and part way through the build I realised we need more storage. Not wardrobes etc but for things that used to be in the loft like out of season bedding, clothes, suitcases, Christmas stuff etc. I am going to ask the builders what's possible but know this will be an extra. For anyone who asked for this part way through the build how much is this likely to cost? Am I looking at 100's or 1000's? I don't want anything fancy- just hatch access to a space to store stuff.

We had a new hatch to fit the ladder and boarding out most of our loft, I think it came to about £3k but it involved more than the minimum. I don't think it will cost a fortune.

You should still have eaves access storage, most loft conversions will include this and plenty of room for suitcases / Christmas tree etc.
