Greetings to the readers,
We are couple in our early 30's working in the city of London paying crazy amount of rent to avoid the hassle of taking long commutes. However quite recently due to changes in the work schedule, I am able to work majority of the time remotely whereas my partner needs to be in Central London. Given the high cost of houses around London, we are now looking at Milton Keynes/surrounding areas with a budget of £300K (2/3bed semi/mid-terrace) with decent communte time to the train station. My brain has completely exploded searching around and clueless where to start.
Would really appreciate if this community can help us identify lovely and safe areas for young families with nice areas to explore.
