Hi I was interested in the thread about where to live during renovations/extensions etc. It would be really interesting to start a website to match people who are renovating with people like us who at the moment are lucky enough to winter in Spain (December, January, February). We would be interested in renting our house at a reasonable rate to someone local (Harpenden, Hertfordshire) to any family going through this process. I’m sure there are lots out there like us and lots of family’s looking for a short term rental. If Trusted Home Sitters works in terms of trusting people to look after your home then why shouldn’t this? Any comments?
