Is Dulux trade paint worth it or is easycare as good?

have finally decided on a colour (natural wicker) for the hallway. About to buy paint - is Dulux trade worth the extra money? I am inexperienced and taking time off work to paint so want something that goes on easily and easy to maintain. Thanks for any advice

I've just had some decorating done. Used Valspar Premium (colour matched with a F&B colour I wanted) on decorator's recommendation. It's low VOC and good quality paint. She said it's just as good as the trade paint.

My decorator says trade is much better, goes further and covers better, says the normal stuff is like water in comparison and you need a lot more.

Trade us worth the money! Used to use Dulux 'Once' which always needed at least 2 coats and in some colours we rebamed it 'Thrice'! Have switched to Trade and its so much better! Even where I use 2 coats I still have loads left in the tin and the colours are so much better - more pigment in the paint, didn't think it would make a difference but it does!

I used Trade and was really pleased I had. 12 years down the line and still looks good as well.

Trade paint does last years longer in my experience.
