We will be moving out of our home between mid-August to beginning of September for 6+ months while a side extension is built and general redecoration is done. We will be moving into our second home and will not be nearby, totally different council/area. We will visit regularly, at least once a month.
I am trying to work out what we MUST do for our day-to-day life in the new area. E.G. I'm thinking of not notifying GP, council, TV licence, parking permits etc as I don't want to over complicate things by making changes we would only have to change back. but I think we probably need to do the following:

Notify Careline which DH has
Rubbish collection
Buildings and contents insurance
I can't believe there isn't more, have I missed something or lots of things?
