We've been having issues with our attached neighbour for over 18months now.
Tried speaking & messaging - they say they'll do their best (they're young lads living their best life)
Issues are daily loud thumping music - day and night - random times which can start as early as 10am and I've had to go round at 3am begging them to shut up
And weed smell coming into my children's bedrooms and can't use our garden due to noise and smell also
Police won't do anything re. Weed and noise is council
My question really is - how do I find out who landlord is? I don't think it's done legally .. the owner is named on title deeds as the person who bought in 2009 .. and that's not who lives there .. it apparently sold in 2022 but nothings changed on Land registry
Anyone got any tips or tricks?
