Currently it’s fully made of wood and rotting. Likely needs rebuilding but guessing it has foundations?
Only 2 sided, as fills gap between half-width extension and original back wall. Just under 2.5x3m.
needs new windows and roof. Want to replace wood bottom with dwarf wall.

Trying to gauge rough cost before getting proper quotes.. has anyone done similar?

Not exactly the same, but hopefully it can give you an idea of pricing.

We replaced our 3 x 2.5m ( ish) conservatory last year. Kept the original footings and dwarf wall. All new, super efficient, uvpc window units, two lots of french doors and an energy efficient glass roof. It was around £17k. We did get cheaper quotes, but decided to go with a company we have used before. Although you only want two sides glazed, it’s probably going to be around the same as you want a dwarf wall and brickies are like gold dust ( they can basically charge what they like).

It has made an amazing difference and we can now use it all year round. The old 20 year old one was unusable for half the year. Much cheaper than getting a single story extension and it looks nice as well.
