As the title states! A multi millionaire is unable to sell his mansion overlooking Regents Park for over ... £22 million!

22.5m and still theres astroturf in the garage??

Imagine having a £22m house and briefing your interior designer, "I want it to look like I got a £100 voucher for B&M and got some amazing bargains"

YellowSunRays · 24/05/2024 09:58

Beautiful building but looks like they decorated it from the Next Directory, totally out of keeping with house.

ManilowBarry · 24/05/2024 10:09

The soft furnishings are hideous. It's all very Mark and Michelle Wright!

blackcherryconserve · 24/05/2024 11:08

I couldn't understand the AstroTurf in the garage nor why a photo of it was included! I'd want to rip all the furnishings out and start again. It shows that however much wealth a person has they can have absolutely no taste at all! Also with 5 floors, why wasn't a lift installed?
Such a shame. The building and location are great. An article I read stated it was bought 20 years ago for £21 million.

I'm not keen on the furniture either. I mean, I'd have it in my house, but mine doesn't look like that. I'd even have stuff like that in one room there, to be comfortable - e.g., the home cinema - but not in the more formal reception rooms.

My favourite feature is the way the floorplan says "Attention Lee - please check room names and then email to..."!!

There's nothing like attention to detail when you're selling a £22.5m asset.
