Can we get away with cupboard being painted both in eggshell and Satin paint?

We are halfway through painting some cupboards for our bedroom, paint was eggshell. We ran out so husband went to pick up some more but brought Satin 🤦‍♀️
can we get away with using it or will it be obvious that it’s half eggshell and half satin?
it’s a Valspar paint so we can’t take it back

I think it will look a bit odd but if you’re careful you might get away with it- like if you paint the bottom cupboards with one and the top with another it will look less obvious. I’d do a sample first though. The problem is that the satinwood is likely to be a bit more shiny than the eggshell.

At first it will be fine but over time the subtle difference in shineyness will slowly drive you insane.

It will be fairly obvious. It's a tin of paint! Hardly the most expensive mistake! Go back and ask to swap it!
