We’re in the early stages of looking to buy with a budget of up to £250,000. We’re currently in Liverpool but are planning to move to the Wirral. We’ve spend some time in this area and have seen some lovely houses within budget. Really I was just wondering if anyone had any insights?
Over the last few days I’ve seen a few houses in Rake Lane have come up for sale. I was wondering if there’s any reason why that would be?
