Noted from another thread - the different things buyers and sellers might say about the same subject. Thought it would distract us from the woes of our property issues and even provide some clever comments for us to use.
Here's what the poster said on another thread - sorry don't know who to attribute it to:
Seller "this is my house and I determine the sale price and to whom I sell it to".
Buyer "I am prepared to pay x for the following reasons. That's my final offer. It's on the table until noon on x".
And here's mine:
Buyer "I like the property but not at the advertised price"
Seller "In a more buoyant it would be worth £100k more. Its an absolute bargain"
