I had an offer accepted on a house in New Malden, London.
Can MNetters recommend a Building Surveyor (Level 3) and Structural Engineer from New Malden or nearby area (e.g. Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Kingston, Epsom etc )?
I know some will say I will only need a Level 2 Homebuyers Report, but I have decided to have both Building Surveyor (Level 3) and Structural Engineer because this is the biggest investment I'll ever make.
