I've got no idea what that house is all about but those of us who live in a nearby city never mention the name of the city this house is in. This house just proves what we believe about the people who live there 😂

Yes probably ex drug factory, priced to sell. Not too bad an area though, but need a lot of "renovation ".

The do not ise tape is applied if a property is repossessed. I bought a repossessed flat years ago and it was on the taps, loo etc. It all worked fine though.

It looks like a commercial kitchen, rather than a residential one.
The stairs are weird, the look lethal but have a non slip coating.

Maybe all our houses will have these big tubes once we have to have heat pumps installed!

I think maybe the thing in the garden is some sort of swimming pool and they have put a bathroom on the conservatory so people can wash after? Maybe the big tube is air con?

It looks more dark kitchen than grow house I think. Grow houses are usually really run down but this one is kinda done albeit in an unusual style

That massive tube looks like it's the flue for the wood burner which would not meet building regs, they appear to have taken the ceilings down too which is weird. Whole thing is utterly hideous.

If you look on Google maps at the past street view photos there's a steady stream of rubble bags out the front and whoever has lived there has put in that circular window and clearly taken down lots of walls...if you looked at the internal layout it's weird, the downstairs walls don't match the upstairs....I wonder if they took down structural walls.

It also looks like it's got a bunker in the garden
