Do I need a hmo ?

Planning to rent my 3 bed semi which is located next to my local hospital

Big demand for properties in my areas as so close to hospital and Train station

I am looking for a family but wanted to ask if I were to rent to 2 friends who are working at the hospital who are looking to let long term together if I would need a hmo?

It depends on the rules where you live - look at your councils website. usually it’s only required for 3 or more unrelated households, so you would be fine with 2 friends sharing.
