We've seen a bungalow in a lovely location, with a lovely garden, but the layout leaves a lot to be desired.
The property needs complete renovation throughout anyway.
Has anyone got any ideas what to do with this?
We're happy to take on some work but never done a project of this size!

How many bedrooms do you need?

We'd need 3 bedrooms

Put the kitchen where the bedroom is at the rear
long bedroom at the rear make into lounge

square existing lounge at front off and add that that existing kitchen to make 3rd bedroom

I've come up with 2 options. Watch put for my amazing pics.

1. Move kitchen/diner to larger room top right. Make bedroom into lounge. Old kitchen becomes part guest loo, part bed 2. Section old lounge into beds 1 and 2.

1. Keep old kitchen, diner, lounge. Move access to large room at top,make master suite. Ensuite, built in cupboard where old hall was.

This, but take the wall out between the kitchen and the lounge and create a kitchen / diner and then a lounge in the L part
