It has been 4 years since my last post and our relocation plans have been derailed due to Covid, etc.
We are looking to move back to the UK with our children (5y boy & 3y girl). Ideally we would spend not more than 900k for a semi-detached/detached.
We won't be able to afford private schools, hence hoping to get everyone's thoughts on the availability and quality of state schools in Surbiton and Sutton. Current preference is for Surbiton given connectivity to London for work, but will likely have to pay 100k-200k more for similar housing vs Sutton.
Grateful for any advice or other factors we should consider before pulling the trigger.
