So we’ve had a designer out from Hammonds and Sharps. Hammonds are cheaper but everything about them seems sloppy. The texts I get from the designer is full of emojis and he sent us the quote from a gmail account with no Hammonds branding. It all feels quite odd. We have a self build so are looking at wardrobes and bookcases for about 5 rooms- it’s a substantial amount of money. Would the lack of professionalism and possible GDPR breach put you off?
