Is this worth doing?

I've been using a website called ourproperty for the last 6 years to store all out property documentation.

I just got an email from them saying they had launched a new identifier system for all UK properties. Not sure if this is legal or recognised by the post office but every house now has a two word identifier. One of our properties is called combat.basement and the other is called chassis.parade

Not sure how it works exactly but its an interesting concept. They reckon that these personalised property plates will go up in value? Not sure how. What do you reckon? Is it worth buying a premium one and seeing if it goes up in value as they sell more. Be great if it did but surely the whole UK would have to be in on it.
Still on the fence with this one.

Nah. Every property already has a unique identifier (called the UPRN) which is owned by government.

Sounds like What 3 Words but a bit wanky.
Don't invest, sounds pretty shite.
Who wants to live/laugh/love in a house called Combat Basement

Yeah but that is not easily rememberable. my house is vampire.perhaps I think you can give the code out and someone can find you via an app.

But why can’t you just use w3w which is free?

I have a postcode and house number, why complicate?

Because what 3 words could include 2 or more properties, especially in flats and terraced houses. It's also free. BUt you can buy a premium plate by the looks of it.

What 3 words divides the entire planet into a 3x3m grid. Your front room has multiple squares for w3w and your actual front door will be precisely addressable
