Which property would allow a better quality of life?

We are considering moving from our current rental (not in UK). We like our current place but it is small and feeling quite tired. Renting as we won’t be here long term. We want to improve our quality of life. We have two options:

Option A - Stay in our current flat. As the rent is quite cheap, we could afford a weekly cleaner, and for our work clothes to be ironed professionally. We could also afford an extra holiday for some winter sun somewhere like Mauritius.

Option B - Move to a bigger flat, maybe with a home office. Have an outdoor terrace for dinner and drinks, a shorter commute to work.

So is it better to have a nicer property or an easier one with less cleaning and no moving stress & extra holiday

I'd chose option B for the every day lifestyle and also the terrace to enjoy over a drink or meal, have a few pots and hang some washing in the fresh air. Then have a focused hour where all adults do things like the hoovering, sweeping, cleaning bathroom etc. A shorter commute gives you more like to do the odd job in the house, like a bit of tidying.
