RAL colours

So I'm looking to buy uPVC windows and I have been told I can have any RAL colour. I also want paint of the same colour for a wooden framed window and door. I don't trust screens at all so how do you look at RAL colours to pick one?

You could get your local decorators merchants to mix up small samples
If you know some Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, Dulux colours etc you like then you can fine the closest RAL colour at https://www.e-paint.co.uk/colour-alternatives.asp
