Renting in Tulse Hill, should I proceed

I'm looking at a property on Coburg Crescent in Tulse Hill. It's very close to an A road, but there is a narrow green belt between the house and the road. Will it be very noisy to live there? is it a safe development. I hope I can find someone who know about Coburg Crescent

Coburg crescent is quite rough and has anti social issues. The noise from Christchurch rd would be the lesser thing to worry about.
