Blocked kitchen sink

Pls can someone tell me how I can unblock this sink without calling a plumber pls.

Pour Mr Muscle (or similar) sink unblocker down.
If no joy you can undo the joint under the sink but you might need a tool and definitely a bucket

Another vote for Mr Muscle - worked on my sink and it was worse than that.

If the above don't work, can you or someone else unscrew the u bend - might be messy, but there's probably food bits around that area.
