Viewed a house for renting yesterday, it's absolutely perfect for our family of 3, lovely garden for DD etc.
We said yes to it straight away via email, but have heard nothing since...
We really really want it, and she said they had 5 other viewings yesterday so I'm conscious of the competition 😬
What should I do? Call if I haven't heard by the end of today?

I would have called rather than e-mailed anyway.
