How to market quirky houses

Does anyone have any tips for how to market unusual homes? We're reluctantly selling this property (due to health problems and care needed) and I'm just not sure it's reaching the target audience.

It's a gorgeous home but definitely quirky - a pond with working fountain in the conservatory(!), as well as land and buildings.

Braving posting a link - I know it's not to everyone's taste but hopefully it will find someone who loves it as much as we have. www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/134912855

Really welcome any tips on how to reach a wider audience who might not necessarily be local.

Love it.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the coloured walls - don't change them. And the 'clutter' is interesting and shows me about how much of my own clutter could go in.

Sadly we're planning on downsizing so a house that size is too big for us, but if you'd shown me that 20 years ago I'd've snapped it up!

@Jux
Most people like a thought-out colour scheme. Obviously no one has loved this house or it would have sold. It's dated and the colours look disjointed and not well curated. Just a hotch potch needing loads spent on it. The price probably doesn't reflect that. I would be concerned that sellers who have not modernised haven't maintained either.
