Nationwide mortgage

Anyone got a mortgage with Nationwide lately ? If so how long did it take until you got your offer through ? Face to face mortgage advisor appointment was Wednesday 1st and valuation is today.

I had my initial meeting with the mortgage advisor on the 10/03 I had the full mortgage offer on the 16/03. This was last year so not sure if turn around times have changed but it was extremely quick

My advisor said it is slower than it was before Easter but should be through in 2 weeks.

Before Easter literally about 3 or 4 days!

Our application got 'lost in the system' and it took over a month to sort out. Our mortgage adviser said they were having a nightmare with Nationwide applications. However, this was the tail end of last year so things may hopefully be better now.
