I have ash grey terrazzo tiles on the floor, and blue-grey tiles on some walls (two walls in a shower, a wall behind the loo, and a one meter wide stripe behind the vanity, all floor to ceiling height). The bathroom has a sloped wall with a Velux window. It is east facing.
I don’t know which colour to choose for the walls. I will paint the sloped wall too, and leave just the ceiling white. I want grey, but I don’t know which shade will complement the blue tiles best. They look very different depending on the lighting. The floor tiles are slightly warmer in shade, so seem to go well with both colder and warmer grey. The vanity will be oak and the sink, toilet, shower tray and doors white.
Should I go for something like F&B Dimpse, with a bit of blue in it? Or Ammonite or Cornforth White, more taupe? I tried with testers and they all look nice, and very different depending on the light.
