Hearing water pouring in the ceiling/walls

I’m in a ground floor flat and recently had a leak from a spotlight in the bathroom. This happened twice however it has now stopped for 3 days. When I came home from work I could hear what sounded like water dripping and pouring in the ceiling/walls. I could hear my upstairs neighbour walking round so im guessing they were using the bathroom. Is this something else I need to report?

Could hear? As in only for a short time?If your neighbour was using their bathroom, was it not just them? I lived next to my neighbour’s for several years but only twice heard them peeing in all that time.

It stopped after a couple of minutes. I’ve never heard it before from upstairs only literally today. I think they were using the bathroom but hearing pouring water in the wall and dripping in the wall sounded very concerning.
