Anyone good with floor plan ideas?

Moving house and have seen one that interests me but seems a bit crazy at first.

Plan would be to live with snooker room for a few years then do some changes but I'm struggling to come up with a plan that has a good flow and does make one room a corridor.

We would make the snooker room into kitchen/diner area with some sky lights and get rid of shower wc through there. Make a new utility. For the old part of the house I'd want a snug lounge and maybe an office. Existing kitchen potentially converted into a nice bathroom and some of the space given to storage for the front bedroom downstairs.

Have attached some photos of my ideas if anyone could critique them or has better ideas!

Your plan looks good. The only limitation is a v small dark office.

As there's already a downstairs loo I'd make the kitchen and bedroom into an en-suite, possibly with a walkthrough wardrobe/dressing area.

Keep the 'middle' room open with double doors to snug for versatility. And create an office corner by the window, one that can be tidied up and hidden when not in use.

I think you should make the downstairs room an Ensuite. I would put a toilet where you have your office with access from the utility room.

Where you have what looks like an open space I would make into an office.

Or change the snug in to the office, still have a toilet accessed by the utility but also from the new snug, that will be the empty space. What the Americans call a jack and jill bathroom with two doors.
