Hello my next door neighbours are quite inconsiderate people and burn in the garden right beside my house usually once a month or so. Their garden is huge but the fire is always at my washing line. Anyway we rarely get good weather and last Saturday it was beautiful but they used a digger all day. I know they’re trying to sell half the garden as a plot and I saw the plans today online - it’s v close to me. I knew this might happen eventually and they seem to be laying foundations. I read online that they should only do building work between 8-1 on Saturday and not on Sunday. Anyway it’s the beeping noise that affects me most so last Saturday I went over and just calmly told the guy it was giving me a headache and told him the hours when building is recommended, he was fine and did stop but it’s started again all day today. Is there anything I can do? I’m in N Ireland. Thanks
