I would knock some walls down at the back of the house and have an open plan full width at the rear with the kitchen where the current office is, then a dining area more central and sofas to the left?

but what do you want/need? Do you need an office? Do you use the garage? Do you feel the bottom left reception room is big enough because it seems a bit small and you could potentially push the top wall more to the rear of the house to make that first reception a bit bigger?
