Hopefully someone can help as I've scoured the internet without success.
In my bathroom there is a badly boxed in area around the main toilet pipe. It has always looked a mess but landlord has been of little help.
After a couple of days away I have noticed an odd material coming out of the wall around the main pipe - it's like furry eggs if that makes any sense. Can't work out if it's pest related or something else and getting a bit stressed about something nasty hatching.
If anyone can identify I will be astonishingly grateful. It looks truly manky.
