Hi guys just here to ask for some advice as I know some councils work differently etc.
I placed a bid on a property and got position 2 once the bidding had closed.
I haven’t heard anything it’s been 2 weeks however the property still hasn’t been signed for yet and don’t know if the council will contact me to offer me the property or if the other person is awaiting a viewing etc.
if you was position 2 3 when housed how long did it take until you guys heard anything???
its horrible having no answers so just looking for other people’s insight please guys as I’ve bid this week and been placed 7th 🤔 it’s all so confusing thanks for your help
