What professional would help me with this? Bathroom renovation

I'm planning a bathroom renovation, and partially because the space is so small I've spent ages finding exactly the right sink, bath etc that will work well in the space, and therefore everything is from a whole variety of manufacturers. Because I'm not getting it designed can anyone advise who would be able to sanity check my list for me, to check that everything will work and that I'll have all of the various gubbins that will be needed to fit everything? I'm feeling very out of my depth and don't want to get it wrong! I'm worried that I'll book someone to fit it and when they turn up to start work half the things they'll need will be missing because I obviously don't have a clue what I'm doing!

If you use a website like Victoria plumbing and pretend to buy your bathroom it walls you all the pieces you need, like the plug, the trap for the bath and the trap for the sink etc then match it up with what you have 😁

i’m not sure how it usually works but for us, we had it designed with the supplier and the guy told us to share the list with the plumber who could highlight if anything looked amiss and also confirm that measurements were suitable for the space we had. The plumber had an account at the shop we chose so they knew each other well.

You are go to 2-3 good show rooms and they will design/suggest what best works for space. YOu can take few elements from there.

I found that discussing with different types of people really helps. Even discuss with plumber as he will know more about which cistern can fit in your space, and several other practical ideas (how piping can be changes if you want to move things around).

One learning from our recent 2 bathrooms refurbishment : Buy from shops where you can return easily! We had to return cistern, toilet etc - if we bought online we could have never done that! Local good showrooms are good, Even good building merchants are good in this regard.

Good luck with your bathroom refurbishment!
