Can anyone else got spotlights like this and can advise how to change them?
Thank you very much.

These type of spotlights have integrated LEDs and do not have a replaceable bulb. So if it has failed, you will need replace the complete light. They usually have a very long guarantee, so I'd check that before buying a new one.

If you are competant with electrics, it's quite a simple job, but if in any doubt, I'd recommend calling out an electrician who won't charge the earth for replacing one spotlight.

If it is out of guarantee and you are unable to find an exact replacement, measure the hole size (I think they were 72mm with these lights) and you can replace it with a more modern similarly sized light, I've found one here with will comfortably fit the hole size you have assuming it is the standard 72mm:

good luck, and remember, if in doubt speak to an electrician.
