Hello - Does anyone know if there is a Sherwood (or similar) show home in Essex, Suffolk or near there?

Persimmon are selling the Sherwood at Trelawny Place, Felixstowe but not sure if they have that one as a show home. Might be worth calling them though to see if they have one built but not occupied?

I'm putting to one side my experience of living in a Persimmon home a few years back and the nine leaks we had from our ensuite... and the fact they had to redo the fire proofing in the roof space of most of the houses on our road. They are not great homes and do not have a good reputation.
