Looking for a neighbourhood or advice on where in inner London has a community feel. The kind of place you know your neighbours and stop for a chat etc.
I’ve lived in Paddington area for the past 4 years and it all feels a bit transient. Can barely get a hello from my upstairs neighbour and the resident’s association is only really interested in owners rather than renters.
