Help to Sell with Red Row

Has anyone used Red Rows Help to Sell service? The info on the website is really sparse and was hoping to find out about it from someone who has used it. All I know is that they value your home and aim to sell it within 4 weeks . Can anyone give me more details please?

Not personally, but aren't those schemes notorious for getting you to accept a low price? They rely on people being desperate to move

You need to find out what may happen if they fail to sell your house, what the costs are and what they include.

Developers seem to offer this when what you’re buying is more expensive. Doesn’t apply if you’re downsizing.

Thanks both. Got them doing the valuation next week I will see what comes of it. Not once verbally have they said that they put it on at a price to get a quick sale but from reading around this certainly seems to be the case!

I definitely do need to ask about hidden costs.... never sold a house before, only bought .
