Hi all,
We have sold our house and had a surveyor come today who told us he found damp in one of our downstairs rooms. He said you can't see it but it is there. The room flooded about 9-10 years ago and had a damp proof course then (I know very little about this so could be explaining it all wrong). When I asked how we fix it, he said another injection.
Is anyone able to advise is this a huge job? Is it doing it all again or a top up? I'm terrified we will have to take plaster, etc off. Any advice/knowledge is appreciated! Thanks
