We are having a lot of issues with one of our neighbours who uses a plot of land next to our garden, we also have a plot at the foot of our garden which is unregistered, its a puzzle because its sort of useless land, and a bit dangerous to walk along. He is a bit obsessive with this piece of land, it goes nowhere except into our garden. I have had a few spats with him but recently learnt that his wifes first DH disappeared one day. I am seriously starting to wonder if there's a body under the land or something,
I have a wild imagination I admit. But I find it strange that this guy is so focused on having access to this land that he doesn't own?
