Anyone help me with a bathroom layout?

Current ensuite has a separate shower and bath. No work surface space. We don’t use the bath so want to get rid of that and have a more walk in shower, or a tray that isn’t so high. And the shower doors are kind of bifold and get stuck, so either a fully walk in, or more of a single opening door.

Dont know if toilet and shower etc have to stay in the same positions? Current thinking is to make where the bath is one giant work surface and single sink, or that the shower and make the shower bit a big sink area. Or even the shower across the window where the toilet is and move the toilet to where the bath is or shower?
main goals are easier shower and work surface space around the sink. No bath.

We’ve just done this with our bathroom. Got rid of the bath added a 1900 x 800 shower.

we didn’t need work surface and have made a larger 4th bedroom out of extra bit of bathroom .

Avoid moving the toilet as although possible, moving the soil pipe is a pain. Put the shower where the bath is. Big vanity unit where the shower is. Plumbing for that will be simple as already in the right places.

@somewhereovertherain looks great. How do you find the open bit, does the bathroom get wet? Whenever we’ve stayed in Airbnbs with similar showers the floor always gets soaked as use the directional shower not the rainfall one.

Thanks @Pepper12345 we think we’ve decided that the toilet will stay where it is for that reason. Just got to work out whether to move the sink to the bath or swap the shower

So far no issues it's a long screen with a high-capacity drain
