Hello, can anyone help me with which tradespeople I should contact for this work? I'm not sure who to contact and what order I need tradespeople!

Victorian terrace.
Two downstairs rooms both need:

Complete replaster (including removal of layers of lining paper and old plaster)
New ceilings
Fireplaces sealed (very draughty)
New plug sockets (currently surface wiring and want to get all the wiring in the walls)
Spotlights across both ceilings

Plasterer, they may also be able to do the ceiling.
Chimney sweep followed by a builder.
Electrician.

That's enough work for a general builder. He'll then bring in the plasterer and spark as he needs.

Do you want the fireplaces bricked up or would a chimney balloons do the job? If so then you will just need an electrician and then a plasterer

Thank you for your suggestions.
I tried a chimney balloon with not much success and a lot of mess!

Don't plaster until after the electrician has been.

Don't plaster until after the electrician has been.

Or until the sweep has been and gone!
