Any Ikea experts out there?

Can anyone tell me what this stock availability means? It's not saying 'out of stock' (red circle), but it's not saying it's in stock either? And the item isn't available for click and collect or home delivery, so I don't really understand what the grey circle with a line through it means. I've tried contacting their customer services, but the robot told me they can't answer stock questions and I don't want to schlep all the way to the store to find out it's not available after all...

Well I'm not an IKEA expert but it sounds like it's not a question of it being in stock or not, it's an item that is never available to be picked up in store, but has to be ordered for home delivery. From within the store.

Although just looking at items that have that statement (e.g. some ovens) and they are available for home delivery to my postcode through the website. So if it is showing that the item is not available for delivery to your postcode then I suspect it would be a wasted trip to go to the store.

I’ve seen this before. I was able to order the item in store for collection at store a couple of weeks later.

What kind of item is it? A kitchen fitting or similar? It looks as though you have to speak to an employee in store to get it ordered, and they'll check it's the right thing for you before ordering.

It’s a bathroom cabinet - one that goes on the wall!
