We are hoping to move to our next house soon and the garden is a bit of a wreck . Just wondered if anyone had a ball park figure as to roughly how much it would cost to clear a medium sized garden and dig up to level it and just lay new turf down on one side. It’s pretty much flat but there’s odd sections of paving and shingle that need to come up . We just want one big lawn area. Thanks
