Please help! I keep refining my criteria, for now it's:
Good schools nearby (primary particularly, government)
3-4 bed house with small garden, move in ready
Within 1hr-1hr15 public transport of Westminster with at least 2 transport options (i.e. not so far out you rely on just 1 trainline to get into Waterloo etc - thinking like somewhere with a handy train/tube but you could also get a less convenient combination of DLR/bus/tube/train in the (likely!) event there are public transport issues)
Around £650k
Is it possible? Any suggestions welcome!
