Hey all :) I've been using this forum a lot as it's full of wonderful pointers on where in London people recommend to live... So I'd love to start a fresh thread to see if there's anywhere I haven't been looking that I should be!
I currently own a 2 bed in Catford but I'm looking to trade it for a 1 bed with a garden in a different area... It's been valued at round 400K - £415k
I've been searching page after page on right move in Blackheath, Forest Hill, Sydenham, Brockley, Nunhead, Crystal Palace, Honor Oak .... I'm scouting around there as I'm familiar with South East London, however there's nothing particularly tying me to the SE other than familiarity so I'm wondering if there's other pockets of zone 3 where my budget would stretch that I could also consider?
I'm mainly looking somewhere which will be nice and quiet, safe, friendly people with good links into central.
